IB or A Level?

For those pupils joining a boarding school at 16, there is the choice – traditional A levels or the International Baccalaureate (IB)

An A level curriculum allows pupils to specialise in 3 or 4 subject areas, while the IB is a broader curriculum with 6 subjects being studied, 3 at a standard level and 3 at a higher level. Students must also write an extended essay.
Let us know which curriculum you prefer on the enquiry form and we will recommend appropriate schools.
